CHEM 1110 - Chemistry I This course mirrors the lecture content of CHEM 1100 , with additional coverage of advanced topics such as Molecular Orbital (MO) theory, band theory, organic reactions, and the balancing of redox reactions. The accompanying laboratory component focuses on developing key technical skills, offering students enhanced preparation for future chemistry laboratory courses. Emphasis is placed on refining experimental techniques and applying theoretical concepts in a hands-on setting.
Students cannot receive credit for this course and CHEM 1100 or CHEM 1120 .
