Electrical Engineering Minor

A minor in Electrical Engineering consists of at least 15 credits from the courses below. Courses for the minor may not be taken on a Pass/No Credit basis.  No more than 50% of the course credits applied to the minor requirement may be drawn from credits applied to the major.  No course which is required for one minor can be used for another minor requirement. Students wishing to fulfill a minor need an approval from the ECSE curriculum chair.

ECSE 4000-level course requirement

  • Take one 4000-level ECSE course Credit Hours: 3 – 4

ECSE Elective Courses

* Students can take additional ECSE elective courses as necessary to satisfy the 15 credit minor requirement described prior. 

  • Any ECSE courses at the 2000- or 4000-level
