ECSE 6303 - Semiconductor Processing

In this survey level course students explore fabrication of complementary metal-oxide semiconductor field-effect transistor (CMOS) and related unit process steps, including the photolithographic process, metallization, etching, ion implantation, as well as the conditions required for each of the techniques.
