ECSE 6302 - Semiconductor Devices

In this survey level course students explore the design of silicon devices, including capacitors, diodes, n-type and p-type Metal-Oxide Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistors (MOSFET), and a system of devices combined to perform specific functions.
