ITWS 4850 - Modern Binary Exploitation


Modern Binary Exploitation will focus on teaching practical offensive security skills in binary exploitation and reverse engineering. Through a combination of interactive lectures and hands on labs, the course will offer students an opportunity to explore some of the most technically involved and fascinating subjects in the rapidly evolving field of security. It will cover protections found on modern systems and the techniques used to defeat them. 

Prerequisite: CSCI 2500 CSCI 2800  or ECSE 2660  

When Offered: FALL TERM ANNUALLY

Cross Listed: CSCI 4850 Students cannot obtain credit for both ITWS 4850 and CSCI 4850.
