ECON 6800 - Behavioral and Experimental Economics I This course introduces experimental methods in economics and related social sciences, with a focus on choice behavior experiments, field experiments, and survey methods. It also covers econometric techniques commonly applied to experimental data. Students gain a comprehensive understanding of the research landscape in experimental and behavioral economics. By the end of the course, students will have the skills and knowledge required to design their own experiments and conduct high-quality research using experimental methods.
Prerequisite: ECON 6720 and ECON 6740 ; or permission of instructor.
