MGMT 7030 - Business and Corporate Strategy This course covers the fundamentals of business and corporate strategy, integrating these with the challenges of managing firms in competitive environments. The course includes the following areas of emphasis: concepts of strategy, industry environment, resources and capabilities of the firm, the principles of competitive advantage, and strategy formulation and implementation in different contexts. The course uses business cases and a project to enrich the theoretical concepts.
Prerequisite: MGMT 6040 and MGMT 7730 or permission of the instructor
