ENGR 1010 - Professional Development: Group Dynamics
An introduction to the issues related to working in team settings. Topics explored include: communications in teams, public speaking and professional responsibility, stages of group development, building a team, group decision making, and conflict resolution. The course format will include small and large group discussions, case studies, experiential exercises, and participation from industry guests.
