COMM 4520 - Information Architecture This course examines theoretical and empirical issues in the field of Information Architecture, aiming to identify and utilize principles of information organization, collect and interpret empirical data on human information behavior, and develop and apply methods of information design all in the service of creating usable architectures of information. Focus is on developing experience for professional information architecture projects.
Prerequisites/Corequisites: Prerequisite: Any 4000-level COMM course or permission of instructor.
When Offered: Spring term annually.
Cross Listed: Cross listed with COMM 6620. Students may not obtain credit for both courses.
