BIOL 4720 - Molecular Biology Laboratory

The techniques of gel electrophoresis, restriction enzyme mapping, and molecular hybridization are applied to the study of bacterial plasmids and mammalian genes. This is a writing-intensive course.

Prerequisites/Corequisites: Prerequisite: BIOL 2120.
