PHYS 6620 - Nuclear and Particle Physics I An introduction to the physical concepts and methods of modern nuclear and elementary particle physics, for specialists and nonspecialists. Nonrelativistic scattering theory, resonance production, group symmetries and conservation laws, quark-model of hadron structure, and simple Feynman diagrams.
