STSH 4320 - Philosophy of Law The course examines the following questions: What is law? What is the relationship between law and morality? Is there a moral obligation not to break the law? Detailed examination is given to the concepts of liberty, justice, responsibility, and punishment.
Prerequisites/Corequisites: Prerequisite: one philosophy or STS course or permission of instructor.
When Offered: Offered on availability of instructor.
