COMM 2210 - Web and Database Programming This course introduces the fundamentals for creating dynamic web page content generated using relational databases. This course is structured around Microsoft Visual Studio .NET and modern object-oriented programming languages like C#. Fundamental technologies like ADO.NET database connectivity, ASP.NET active page technology, XML, SOAP, and Web Services are examined. Students will construct actual non-trivial working web sites that employ databases from which dynamic content is generated.
