BUSN 6502 - Program Execution Management
Students are immersed in the difficulties of program execution management and are challenged with using leadership and management skills to resolve program issues and keep a program on track, the customers satisfied, and the cost on target. Students also practice negotiating and resolving conflicts that commonly arise as costs increase, scope changes, and contracts require modification.
