BUSN 6325 - Leaders Charting the Course

Leaders create an executable and fundable plan that optimizes people, platforms, products, projects, and resources for a specific organization in a specific market, in either an entrepreneurial or intrapreneurial context.  The final plan is presented to a panel of evaluators for viability and fundability.
