ARTS 4920 - Painting 2
This course will focus on establishing your skill set as a painter and developing your critical eye as an artist. In this class, we will focus on composition, paint handling, color theory, image construction, and content. Through assignments in which subject matters include both figuration and abstraction, students will work to gain individual expression with acrylic mediums. This course is taught through lectures, discussions, readings, critiques and strong painting practice.
Prerequisites/Corequisites: ARTS 4220 or ARTS 4260
