MGMT 4080 - Networks and Value Creation Increasingly the competitive landscape in many industries is shaped not only by individual firm competencies but more by those of the extended value networks that organizations are part of. The course focuses on how value networks for demand fulfillment can be designed and managed. Key concepts related to how inter-enterprise integration and value chain constellations can be deployed to effectively detect and fulfill customer needs in a cost-efficient manner. The course will also examine several sourcing strategies and their suitability and economics for different types of products and services.
Prerequisites/Corequisites: Prerequisite: MGMT 4100
