MGMT 4340 - Advanced Corporate Finance Advanced topics in financial theory and corporate policy as they are applied to the modern corporation. Emphasis in blending theory with application. Case studies are used to illustrate relevance of theoretical concepts. Topics include corporate financial decision making under uncertainty, financial forecasting, application of option pricing principles to capital budgeting decision making, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and takeovers, leasing, financial engineering.
Prerequisites/Corequisites: MGMT 2320 Managerial Finance
When Offered: Fall term annually.
Cross Listed: MGMT 6380. Students cannot earn credit for both.
