ARTS 4390 - Composition Seminar


Composition Seminar is an intermediate level course focusing on music composition designed to prepare students for the more extensive creative work involved in the Senior Thesis. The course asks students to model a variety of compositional types of  as a means to exposing them to different systems of musical organization and to help them discover a musical linguistic practice that resonates with their own creative aims.
