ECSE 6620 - Digital Signal Processing A comprehensive treatment of the theory, design, and implementation of digital signal processing structures. The sampling, quantization, and reconstruction process. Design of digital filters in both the time and frequency domains. Analysis of finite word length effects. Theory and applications of discrete Fourier transforms and the FFT algorithm. Applications from the communication, control, and radar signal processing areas.
Prerequisites/Corequisites: Prerequisites: ECSE 2500, ECSE 4510.
