MANE 6880 - Product Realization Concepts and tools that enable engineers and business leaders to jointly make sound business/technology decisions in moving from ideas and designs to real products will be taught using lectures, cases, and a major project that will enhance the change of success of a new venture business. Topics: disciplined toll-gate processes, customer contract, technical risk management, design decisions, quality management, sourcing, product launch.
Prerequisites/Corequisites: Prerequisites: engineering B.S. or MGMT 6620 Principles of Technological Entrepreneurship.
