Official date of August graduation; diplomas mailed to students after final clearance is completed in September. Degree recipients may take part in the May 2018 Commencement ceremony.

Labor Day. No classes. Staff holiday.

September 13
Last day for graduate and undergraduate students to add courses or change sections or to put courses on audit.
Last day for completion of “NE” grade requirements for Spring 2017 courses.

September 22
Last day to file a Degree Application with Registrar’s Office for December 29, 2017 graduation.
Nomination of Master’s Thesis Committee and Degree Designation forms due to the Office of Graduate Education for December graduates.

October 12-15
Reunion and Homecoming 2017.

October 9
Columbus Day. No classes.

October 10
Classes resume. Follow a Monday class schedule.

October 20
Last day for undergraduate and graduate students to drop a course.

Family Weekend.
